Drew and Meredith both graduated college and started their careers in 2023, Drew in Lynchburg, VA, and Meredith in Chicago, IL. Despite good jobs and fun times in their respective locations, each felt drawn back to Indianapolis. They officially met on July 4th, 2024 after moving onto the same floor of the same apartment complex in Indy, and the mutual attraction was clear from early on. Their first date was Mass followed by a visit to Square Cat Vinyl; this turned out to be the first of many dates, outings and adventures they would share with their family, friends, and Meredith's new cat Ignatius. A little over one year later, they decided they were ready to get married! Drew proposed on Sharp Top peak, one of his favorite weekend activities in Virginia and also somewhere they had visited together back when they first started dating. Meredith said yes (of course) and they've been wedding planning ever since!

The Catholic Wedding Mass is a reverent and formal occasion. We will be celebrating the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony, where the bride and groom are united in the covenant of marriage, and of the Holy Eucharist, where ordinary bread and wine become the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. Please dress as you would to meet the King of the Universe and have your cell phones silenced for the duration of the ceremony.

The University Club is situated just north of downtown Indianapolis and has been serving its members for 100 years. The cocktail bar on the second floor will be open and heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served, including, of course, cake!
